• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Process: To start a return, please contact us at help@holidayexpressions.store with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized products and sale items are not eligible for returns.

• Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
